AFL Centre Bounce Setup

Watch this video to get an insight into how AFL team's set up in the centre bounce. You will notice each player has their role. There is a go to player, blocker and sweeper most times. Of course the ruck plays a pivotal role as well as they need to direct the ball to the designated area for it to all work!!
