Dave, I purchased a Jackery Explorer 290 just for my "overlanding" adventures and I use a RedMed CPAP with humidifier, the little Jackery is very affordable and runs my unit for 3 straight nights with a little left in the bank. The humidifier is ALWAYS on because I prefer not having my nasal passages screaming bloody murder the next morning, and that is made possible by plugging in the power brick directly to the Jackery's 110V outlet, this Jackery has been a game changer since I no longer need to run an extension cord from my truck. I have the same cpap for traveling and run it on 12vdc. A battery is a must as after 20 yrs using a cpap, it is impossible for me to sleep without it. Though my wife doesn't mind because it turns a camping trip into a night at a hotel vs a damp tent.

I have a bluetti EB150 1500Wh capacity, 1000W rated power, good machine, not good for HF bands though very noisy.
