I am a licensed CPAP provider and get the "battery" question everyday from multiple patients.
Basically, the only way to get a small battery to power a CPAP for multiple nights is to not run the heated humidifier.
A small, inexpensive battery that will provide multiple nights with a heater on, simply does not exist.
Watts is watts.

The bluetti x60 is pretty close with 600+wh . But if battery is not operating at full capacity then your cpap will not last the night, unless it has no humidifier.
@Silverorient so the humidifier feature is built in to the CPAP on some or all cpap machines?
@TechMadeEzy my machine you can set the humidity down to zero. Which is effectively not needing power for humidifier. Other portable cpap machines don't even have a humidifier.
But best ask sleep technican.

My cpap can run at 17 watts up to 90 watts depending on temperature and humidity settings.
I would change temp and humidity settings depending on environment temperature and humidity.
I think this bluetti is suitable for portable cpap machines with no humidifier
I currently use an ac70 or ac60 especially for it's ups function

Just got an airsense 11 this week and will want something this summer for my camper... that pricetag is a bit steep, though...
I just recently got a CPAP machine this year and was wondering if I could run it straight from DC, but my air sense resmed uses a proprietary connector. This being able to run it is cool, but when i saw the price i thought its not worth the cost. I would rather just be a little less efficient and use the ac adapter
This system would run on DC and it’s much more efficient. What model do you have?
@@TechMadeEzy I've got the airsense 11. Dc definitely would be more efficient but I already have many other inverters already and the price for this just doesn't add much for me
I have airsense 11. I would like to know if the hours quoted is for full humidity with heating plate on. I ran it this way on EB3A on AC inverter and it barely lasted one night. Would love the DC connection but want to be sure how long it lasts at full use with heated tube and humidity. Next to no information on Bluetti site.

Great video. I was hoping this was a camping solution but it looks like it’s ac charging only. Wish it had a solar option.

@518outdoors6 without all the info I’m taking a chance here by saying this might work, it will charge via solar and what I like is it isn’t a big heavy power station

Great review customer service and Bluetti company and customer service is the worst in the industry unfortunately for some great products, but if you can’t get the proper help for the price I would recommend another company !
