@@KrazyStylez09 you’re just not as much of a One Piece fan as her. She knows that Capetown isnt an Island in One Piece, you think it is
@@oliver-04 bro shellstown is what i meant to say. Thats why i asked, cuz i didnt hear right , she said capetown but shes talking about the studio and where they filmed
I loved DW sS12 with Peter Capaldi so I like her already. 😊
S12 doctor who is Jodie Whitter era not Peter Capadi (he was only there from S8-S10) get your facts right 😂
@@JOYBOYTEOYou are correct. I was thinking 12th Doctor not S12.
This inspires less confidence.
Chibs destroyed DW.
Went from my fave show to an unwatchable, boring, cringy, preachy lore breaking mess.
Aad.
@@dethspudarguably the quality of Jodie whitakers episodes were fantastic, it was just the script and chibnalls direction
@@Ben-zp6ge Agreed. Love Jodie as an actor.
The fault lies w Chibs and his d list writing staff,
She knew nothing about the anime before hand, her kids and nephews explained everything to her. She would describe the show as the rubber man show.
This lady didn't and doesn't care about the show is or what it'll end up as, she got her money that's all that mattered here.
Oda you were heard but never understood
It's because she only directed 2 episodes. So yeah! She doesn't need to read the entire thing for that 2 episodes.
well i realy liked the show. but episode 3+4 were by far the weakest. almost skippable
i hope this turns into nami becoming the leader she is meant to be
what kind of leader are you talking about ? Nami will be always Nami.
Snow white? 😂😂
One piece started in 1997 and evedently Soooo
LOL I hope she is the nami we know and not snow white
No but I’ll be upset if people complain woke that it appears she’s part of the walk to Arlong park. Makes sense to me, she’s part of the crew and that moment is supposed to be when it’s “okay… this is a family”
Only thing you need to do is turn cartoon to reality nothing else sounds boring as a job but that's the job .
You allready messed up woman
I can already see that these idiots are going to screw up the One Piece series. They keep coming up with some nonsense of their own making. interpret way too much. Let's hope that ODA looks over the shoulders of these idiots and says no. I would rather see the end of the series than some nonsense these idiots came up with
I wish she chose a better interviewer
Idk if you realize they don't choose the interviewer 😂
@@oomshaka6683 how do you know? I wish she would've talked with a one piece youtuber tbh like Syv or BDA Law
@@Mvgical the interviewer brings people on to their show not the other way around

For the love of god just follow the source material as close as you can don’t woke Hollywood all over it.
W. O. K. E. ? What Offends Klansman Easily?
This goes to show that you haven't actually read or watched one piece
Seems like she tried her best to :)
@@belindaluna2067 Nah it’s that thing that has tanked countless shows for the past 6 years.
But hey everyone who doesn’t subscribe to your ideology is a Nazi right ?
One Piece is woke lmao 💀
Now I see the director my hopes gone down by 50%
She's only one of the directors. Don't just look at her gender. Listen to what she's talking about and how she re-shoot a scene based on Oda's request. Everything goes through Oda first before they get released.
TV series are different from movies where the director has much more creative control. In TV it’s common for every episode of a season to have a different director. What’s more important is the showrunner(s). And whether you’re a fan of this director or not, she’s only doing two episodes, and she answers to the show runners who answer to Oda. And the show runners, especially Matt Owens, are super fans.
Oh fuck hopefully we dont get girl bossed with this adaptation
everything util now gave me more and more hopes but she made me feel uncomfortable.
Why
@@ChaosAngel9151 idk she looks like she's trying to oversell an idea. that's usually a bad sign
@@RougeLino yeah she should undersell it, not like she wants people to watch the show
@@ChaosAngel9151 it's onepiece and it's about to be eared in a few days... you don't have to oversell anything. just be normal and honest.
I just sense that Hollywood fake behavior in her.
I dread the episodes she produced.
The sexism in the One Piece community is jarring
Why?
She directed it all, moron, does your mother still make your dinner and wash your nasty laundry for you? Find God
Why?
@@oliver-04 sexism? More like the feeling she didnt take the time to understand the source material.
I didnt get the feeling from this interview she really loves the series more like that she did her basic homework and read 100 chapters of manga.
So yeah I have a feeling she may be a weak point
She better not mess it up, or she will get the other end of the noose
Wtf why would you say that about another human being weirdo
Idk if your stupid or what but she's not the sole director of the show dumbfuck 😂

Whoa relax lol
calm down there bud lmfao
I love this director.
It is very rare to see a director that knows the character even superficial very well. Unlike marvel and dc these days ehem
