"நான் 1976இல் M.Com முடித்தபின் கல்லூரியிலும் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளியிலும் 4 ஆண்டுகள் ஆசிரியராக இருந்தேன் அதன்பின் 1980இல் வங்கிப் பணியில் சேர்ந்து அசிஸ்டென்ட் ஜெனரல் மேனேஜர் பதவியில் இருந்து 2015 இல் ஓய்வு பெற்றேன். ஒரு வருடம் கழித்து 2016இல் LLB மாணவனாக 61 வது வயதில் சேர்ந்தேன். நான் இரண்டாவது வருஷம் சட்ட கல்லூரியில் படிக்கும்போது CONTRACT ACT புத்தகம் எழுதினேன். எனது புத்தகத்தை விற்பனை செய்ய சிரமப்பட்ட போது எனது புத்தகத்துக்கு ஒரு value addition வேண்டும் என்று நான் யூட்யூபில் வீடியோ பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய தொடங்கினேன்.தற்போது அது மிகப்பெரிய வரவேற்பை / வெற்றியை பெற்றுள்ளது.ஆயிரத்துக்கும் அதிகமானவர்கள் கண்டு பலன் அடைகிறார்கள். நான் சட்டக்கல்லூரி சேர்ந்தது ஒரு நேரம் போக்குக்கு மட்டும். நான் LLB டிகிரி வாங்கும் பொது 64 வயது ஆகும். அதன் பின் வக்கீல் வேலைக்கு இந்த சென்னை மாநகரின் போக்குவரத்தில் சென்று வேலை செய்வது கடினம். நான் பொழுது போக்காக செய்த காரியம் இன்று சமூகத்தில் இளம் தலைமுறையினருக்கு பயன் படுகின்றது. எனக்கு என்ன சந்தோஷம் என்றால் எனது ஜீவித காலத்துக்கும் பிறகும் மாணவர்கள் எனது அனைத்து விடீயோக்களை காண்பார்கள். சமூக தலைவர்கள் பெயர்போல் என் பெயரும் என் இறப்பின் பின்னும் நிற்கும். நான் எப்பொழுதும் சொல்வது மனிதன் கையில் ஒன்றும் இல்லை. எல்லாம் இறைவன் செயல். நான் சொல்வது உங்களது நன்றி வார்த்தைகள் எல்லாம் இறைவனுக்கே.
Sir I have one doubt. A(a minor) was the owner of a house.A's Guardian sold that house to B. On attaining majority A sold the same house to C. C Sues B for setting aside the Guardian's sale.Is the suit maintainable?
Under section 8(2) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956, the natural guardian of a Hindu Minor shall not, without the previous permission of the Court, transfer the property by sale. The sale by the natural guardian in contraversion of section 8(2) is voidable at the instance of the minor or any person claiming under him as per Section 8(3). Under section 8(4), no court shall grant permission to the natural guardian except in case of necessity or for an evident advantage to the minor.
