The KEF Q-150 speakers can handle a maximum RMS wattage of 100-watts. Looking at the information on your SMSL amplifier it appears to list the maximum wattage and not the RMS in the specifications. If your amp's RMS wattage is less than 100-watts RMS, then your amp is a good match for the KEF speakers!
Is this Q150 sufficient enough to go with KEF Q950 and Q650C in a home theatre set up?
They would work just fine! To explore your options and to ensure everything will mesh well, you can reach out to one of our advisors!

The KEF speakers are 8 ohms which means your amp will send each speaker 85 watts and will work!
