Yes its an XAV-AX5500. Yeah i was confused when it happened. Originally i tried to bluetooth directly, which most of those issues came from. Download the app and connect to it thru there. I haven't had any issues since then.
it needs to have that USB-A female dongle and your stereo needs to have Android Auto. I am having issues with connecting mine so currently can't recommend this.
I have mine in 2.4ghz and wrapped in foil, and it significantly reduced interference!...zero disconnects.
I unplugged it a few weeks ago and now it's having trouble pairing again 😔

Will it definitely work in my MG4 because on the website its not listed as compatible?

@wonStarReviews I have android auto and it works when I plug it in so I'm not sure why a wireless system wouldn't work?
