For those who found your phone running too hot using this charger: Check your room temperature. Qi2 will generate a lot of heat, and charging at 25℃ is different from charging at 30℃. You should always avoid using any kind of wireless charging when the room temperature is already high, because the base temperature of your phone is already high. Personally, whenever I use this charger, I use a desk fan to blow at my phone and the charger to prevent it from getting too warm. But if it’s >27℃ already I wouldn’t use any wireless charger at all.
Is this thing tipsy when your phone is on it? Like will it fall over if u bump it a touch? Is there enough weight on it to take the phone off without using both hands?
Would love to see a review on the Zeera MagTri Qi2 charger. Just got mine a couple days ago and it feels and looks great. The only complaint i have is that it doesn’t seem to work with all usb c cables. I’ve tried with like 5 diff cables and it didn’t work with the Anker one and Jsaux. It does work with the original one (like 3ft 😔) and Apple and Ugreen. Customer service says it’s something to do with “the fact that not all USB-C cables support the same charging protocols. Additionally, the internal pin configuration and contact length can vary between different cables, which can affect charging performance.” 🤷♂️
@@Brians_tech Mine get a bit warm. Does it mean my charger is defective? There is always a message in the battery setting that the charging was on hold due to iPhone temperature.
I've had mine for 2 months and it's perfect. Maybe you got a faulty product. Been buying Ugreen products since last year and I've never once experienced any anomalies from them.
That’s the reality of Qi2, especially you use your phone when charging with Qi 2. I use this thing with a fan blowing at my phone so it wouldn’t overheat.
Also, check your room temperature, it will affect your phone’s temperature. Wireless charging generates a lot of heat, and heat will build upon on your phone.
Having that extra usb-c port for another device to charge is really smart, I like that type of thinking in this design, very pragmatic
how powerful of a brick do you need to power this? cool size but for travel, wireless feels so unneeded if i still need to bring a brick.
30w in order to use the USB C port as well. Otherwise I’d say only a 20w.
Brian, please review the twelve south butterfly 2-1 charger. I am planning on buying that one.
Great video btw bro

Great review thank you very much
What's the charging watt/speed for the side type c charge. Already in my cart
It’s 5w. Not the best, but not bad for something so small.
It’s for the apple watch
I wish it had a Apple Watch charger in it. ( I knew that you can charge them via usb c port)
I think you should still be able to use it with an Apple Watch (I think!)
27$ right now September 22/24
What is the best USB-C Apple Watch charger to use with this charger? That’s not the charger that comes with the Apple Watch.
Is this thing tipsy when your phone is on it? Like will it fall over if u bump it a touch? Is there enough weight on it to take the phone off without using both hands?
It’s [pretty light so if you tap your phone hard enough it will tip over.
Will it fall over if the angle of the charger is set too forward?
Yes. Because it’s so small the weight of the phone can make tip rip over.
@ huge help! Thanks!

Are you sure it was the cables and not the brick?
@@Brians_tech yeah cuz i have the apple and Anker in the same brick
Can we get alittle more zoom in please sir thank you 😂
can it get charged and be used as a portable charger
No
Hey can u test the stealth carbon fiber case I see alot of tiktok videos on it and I was wondering if its real or not
Not sure which one you’re talking about.
Does it work with iPhone 16s 25W charging? I mean, will it charge more than 15W?
No. Right now nothing works at 25w except for Apple's MagSafe charger. Hopefully soon, though!
Cancelling my order right now and getting the apple option…. THANK YOUUU ❤❤❤❤
Do your iPhone and AirPods Pro get hot when using this charger?
Nope

@@reelzreal Qi2 generates a lot of heat, and if your room temperature is high too then your phone could get crazy hot.
@@rorywalters1614 i see. so it's best to use this when ac is on?
@@reelzrealKinda late but generally wireless chargers generate a considerable amount of heat, it’s either warm or hot in spring weather temperatures.
I just returned mine. It overheats a lot and stops my iPhone from charging 😢
Really? I haven’t had that experience. Good to know, though. I’ll have to look out for it more

functionable
Does it charge an iPhone 11?
Not with magsafe no
“Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Sony, fu**ing Sony, put the charger in the box.” - Flossy Carter
😂😂 put it in the box!! I love Floss’ videos!
@@Brians_techYes, he is good.😂
Can I charge my Apple Watch ?
You should be able to
@@Brians_tech I haven’t seen anyone charging wirelessly at the spot where u place your AirPods
No charging brick and no Apple Watch charging. Worthless.
I agree on the charging brick part but not everyone has an Apple Watch so some people are just looking for a 2-in-1 solution
@@Brians_tech it also means that even if they don’t have it, but when they finally decide to do purchase one it still becomes a problem potentially.
You can charge the Apple Watch on the AirPod charger but it’s not gonna have the magnet to keep it in place.
