Self preservation thing, instinctual. Imagine being told when you were a child that if you are bad, the devil would decapitate you. Then that the devil is real has flesh and blood and actually will kill you if you are bad

Nick honestly might've done that to get an emotional reaction to see how many Wesen there were in that room... but then again, there's really no easy way to break to a bunch of people that their friend was murdered

most of the others are predator species. hence they look fierce as a result.
Also lamb in real life reality don't look terrifying at all so why would a wesen?

@@lone_falco2857 They are specific metamorphs. “Wesen” means “inherent nature” as in “Du bist dumm vom Wesen”, “You are stupid by nature”. Here, I guess it refers to the the werepeoples’ inherent animal natures.

I saw this was my sister & I thought of it as a very graphic adult version of the parable of The Lost Sheep Story. I'm a Catholic (hopefully no is bothered by it) & I know that's possibly not the theme but because one sheep wesen went missed & later found butchered in a woodchipper knowing he goes to church lead by a wolf like wesen (not gonna say what they really are because I can't remember how to spell it in my head) & all the wesens church goers are sheep, that's how I thought of it as a The Lost Sheep story. For no reason I thought it was Good Shepherd but apparently it's The Lost Sheep. IDK, I think the title of the episode threw me off.

That was one of the bad episodes. Grimm was better when it was clever. People in churches are sheep, and the reverend is a wolf, get it, get it??? Yeah dude we get it, congrats.
It would have been a lot better had one of the "sheep" been secretly setting up the "wolf" who was truly innocent all along. They tipped their hand from the get go and was very by the numbers with no surprises. Imagine if Calvin was serious about his faith, no hidden agenda or secret evil plot, and we could have gotten an interesting look at how the monsters of Grimm view religion beyond this ham-fisted episode. Big miss on this one.

as for abortion rights why should the gov't pay for abortions as birth control? in fact a lot of the people getting abortions say they view abortion as just that and as long as taxpayers pay they will get them.
