Absolutely love 2716 and 2708 and great to see them still getting out and about. 2708 has been on the Dalesway all day today which is brilliant. Long Live the Plaxton Presidents!!
This is why I love some of his bus journeys up in Yorkshire and Lancashire, they might not be the poshest most sophisticated people but you will often find that they are hard working, honest and kind-hearted and are the salt-of-the-earth. I also love the places because they have so much character and history about them, real sense of community.
Im so close to moving from Cornwall up to North England just to drive for this company They have so many nice volvos older buses are all i really want to drive
Damn I can't believe that such a big company is still running ~21 year old buses. Kinda strange that Transdev never told the government they repainted this bus from Cream to Green though (I guess it's not a legal requirement?)
As a bus enthusiast, pretty enjoyed that some bus company’s still willing to keep some relatively older bus model in service, like the Tridents and B7TL. If all just E400MMC or Streetdeck, that can be boring.
@@EurasiaTransportExplorer Agreed but at least the 400MMC looks better than the newer 400 City design but nothing beats the Plaxton President in external design imo, just too bad that production ended when Plaxton merged with Alexander Dennis circa. 2006.
@@-M0LE I wouldn't say the newer stuff is cheap(er) than these old buses though, if anything they are more expensive as there are more things to go wrong but at least they tend to be more accessible now...
@@wclifton968gameplaystutorials cheaper made flimsy chassis cheaper materials just as a driver you can feel build quality and new stuff is not great even Wright have gone down hill ADL always felt cheap but Plaxton agreed I drove them loads before ADL or Dennis bought them out and moved it all around and they were far superior no rattles on a Plaxton no holes or drafts or leaks on drivers heads 😁
A great ride but I am shocked at the bad way these country lot drive. Compared to Londoners (I am a Londoner now bus driver in Notts) but it shocks me a narrow street with a bus coming and they’ll fight their way through. Panic mode on a regular 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

What a beautiful bus ride, enjoyed the scenery along the way and the easy going people. 🥰
Glad you enjoyed it

Ok really really beautiful route 👍question though... Why do they run a double decker with so few riders, why not one of the smaller busses 🤔
Any more routes you filmed in West Yorkshire that haven't been released on the channel yet?

Why don’t you go to London
I am sure that he's done some bus journeys in London in the past.
The roads do get very narrow in some parts.
😂😂😂 have you seen Cornwall
Like for a skeleton on an exercise bike))
