Hai Sir, What is the general practice, how early will the FG deepwell pump be started and the line prepared, before the Gas fuel operation is started from MOP?

it takes about 45~60 mins to stabilize liquid levels & cool down the piping.. can doit faster but it can cause thermal strain on pipes

What is the difference between deepwell pump and submersible pump and when it has to be used

    • @Thedeepseaman

well for a simple ans: DEEPWELL is where the prime mover is outside the tank and mounted on the tank dome - usually an electric motor but can also be hydraulically driven. this involves a long shaft from the bottom of the tank to the top.
submersible is wher tthe motor and the pump inside the tank at the bottom..for further deatils read up the GAS fam course materials
