Wow!!! Incredible music, which in fact creates the whole atmosphere of the movie. I watched it carefully, as I always do:) and I noticed there are parts that repeats the same harmonic pattern throughout the piece and give the whole scenario a painful majesty. Even the funny parts have something bitter inside. It’s a move of substance and indeed, you must know the language to feel every nuance of dialog and every sense of the words.

Well, a most INTERESTIN' movie bro,...at first just the beautiful music by Rageh Daoud and no audio , but pretty near the end,..lol...the blind father goes for a ride on a motorcycle and he's blind,...no wonder, sooner or later they go crashin' into the nile river,...hehehehe....even if i don't understand arabic i sure would enjoy seeing this movie, this is AWESOME!!! @ancaburg~ Being handicapped isn't an obstacle at all.....they can even do great things at the same time like the person portraying that role. What I am wondering about is why other people resorted to drinking liquor, smoking marijuana, drugs etc...when there are other means of diversion to forget miseries, rather than putting oneself to death...whatever. Going back, the movie & video go well with Rageh music...editing was superbly executed. Thank you dear Anca for sharing. Brilliant post!
