Hey mate, followed your video and got the job done beautifully...thanks so much. One problem I got now is that I cant get the mower to move forward or back It starts and everything works perfectly, except movement lol. Its like something might have moved or fell out when the cable snapped originally, and because I had no idea when replacing the cable, obviously I did not fix whatever did move when it snapped. The clutch arm and cable all work fine with the blades turning and stopping correctly as the arm/handle is in the right position. I have a feeling it might be some spring or similar that fell out when it first happened into the long grass, but I dont see anything. Any ideas what I have missed?
@@lmsmallenginerepair4471 It was the rear lever... it was in, but not far enough apparently. Got a feeling the cable snap had something to do with it. All good now. Thanks for getting back to me.
As usual very informative and thanks for giving us all of the shortcuts to make the job go easy and accurately. Just one question mark, I noticed the new cable is lying across the top of the deck, is that where it's supposed to be?

make sure the trans belt is on, and its not in park, the lever in back is pushed all in
