Feet should be flat on sled pulls. I did them professionalky for months when I was 16.
Tiptoes feels natural, but after 3 weeks of keeping the feet flat you realize its actually crap.
Very few people do them every day for 8h a day for money. Its not well known.

It’s called a 50/50 belt. It takes away 50% of your body weight so it makes strength easier!
