You inspired me to get out my Matcha whisk and put togther a Matcha Latte on ice. Switched up a bit to be carni-keto version ... stevia sweetener and vanilla extract; full cream, ice, and expertly sifted and whisked Matcha. Ridiculously delicious on a 95 degree day here in California. Served in a big bowl red wine glass. Cheers!

Yes. Unless I make hot matcha I use room temperature water to dissolve my matcha.
