Grymz I think of my videos as a type of highlight reel for specific moments. Smosh was a big part of my backbone during a pretty rough spot I went through and I am very lucky to be out on the other side. That being said, smosh became a hyper fixation and a coping mechanism. It would take me hours to watch an 18 minute video of theirs because I would just keep replaying specific moments over and over and over again and it honestly got to the point where it was interfering with my ability to function normally. So I turned to making videos of my favorite bits and my favorite concepts and in turn I would satisfy the need for compulsive rewinding because I’d see it repeatedly during screen recording, editing, and of course watching my videos when I need that extra comfort. I was very fortunate to get the response that I did from other smosh fans and I have found so many new friends in this community. Smosh truly is my safety blanket and that is why I make videos!

That last clip is probably my favourite Shayne moment ever. We hardly ever get to see that side of him and I think that moment really shows how wonderful of a person he is.
He really cares about people and is serious when it counts. Damien for example, is someone who will say or show outright that he really cares, while Shayne may be a lil goofier on camera, but will step up when needed like with Olivia facing her fear. I've noticed that difference between them. They're probably both just as caring and wonderful in person, but what we see of them is different. Ugh, I love my RUclips sons.

Shane helping Olivia face her phobia was such a sweet moment. You can tell he understood how it was traumatic for her, despite how silly it might seem for people who aren't afraid of butterflies. I don't know if it was the fact that he probably studied phobias in school or if he's just that dude (probably a mix of both) but damn that's a good, heartwarming video.
That last clip was adorable. For all the jokes about Shane's psych degree being useless I've noticed that during his time studying psychology, he's always been the first one to help his friends out in stressful situations, using his knowledge about the human brain to calm people down. So wholesome.
I love how he can tell jokes and make fun, but when it really matters, he’s there for them. *smashes mug* Another, but of Courtney being a little sister. (If you’d want to please and thank you)
Shayne even knew when to stop joking about it with Olivia, when he saw how terrified she really was big brother mode kicked in and he supported her all the way. You could see how much her being scared had upset him.
Usually we see Shayne either screaming, making jokes, or being weird with the others. That last clip showed a side of Shayne we rarely see. He's a lot more caring and wholesome than a lot of us realize and I think that's why so many people like him.
My favorite Shayne series is the dating one with him and Courtney, where they talk about failed relationships, dates, dating apps... I like it because it showcases Shayne’s more serious, likable side. In it, he talks about how he deleted his dating app because he didn’t like the way he judged people on it, how he always tells people in person if he didn’t think the date worked out, and how- one time- he thought he was going on a date with a girl and it wasn’t (she had a boyfriend) but he still stayed and talked to her for another hour.
