In my opinion I think The Crew 2 should comparison to Forza Horizon 4 because Its the same year release (2018) NFS Payback was release in 2017 some of The Crew 2 details are better than Payback because The Crew 2 just release around a month ago right? I'm a little late but for crew 2 you can explore different locations with a variety of 400+ cars, road trips with friends, getting all your dream cars and decking out your home, and completing the weekly events and doing the motocross events. You can also race with your friends or other people that your free roaming with in the huge map of USA.
and in the crew 2 you have more cars, and every month there will be 2 new cars! NFS has a Koenigsegg, TC2 has 2 koenigseggs, so its 2 times better than NFSPB
The audio for The Crew 2 still bothers me. I don't get why Ubisoft can't just use proper recordings like everybody else. I like that they don't shake or zoom the camera like NFSP though.
daytime tc2 has better graphics, nighttime nfs has better graphics. but the sounds on tc2 are awesome even if they aren't as realistic they just sound more exciting

You need an Internet connection to play and there's no PvP mod, and no police, other than that the game is good. Need for Speed is fun for for a week, then it will get extremely boring when finish the story, Customization is good, there is a PvP mode but it's not that good. So i think you should try them both if you can, or watch more videos and then you decide which one is better.
I think the crew looks better in some ways. The bit at 5:30 the sunlight shining through the trees looked nice and the details on the Nissan skylines rear lights look good too, and the crew has weather effects as well.

I prefer need for speed as a game. However I prefer the car list in the crew 2. I just hope they add Ferrari’s to nfs or I might have to cop the crew as well.
Supreme I think you should buy The Crew 2, Payback is worst than 2015, it will get boring after a week, and they only added 7 cars in 8 months!! and it's not for free even if you have the deluxe edition, also the game is dead right now... If you didn't play 2015 ill properly say give it a try. The Crew 2 is a lot better, more cars, more freedom, more variety, better physics, and much more... Also there is no paid content, every future DLC will be free for everyone one ( 2 cars every month, and big update every 3 months ) So yeah...
Sagit I don’t think the graphics are better by a long shot but The Crew 2 has the better and more accurate lighting near and far. The Crew uses some tricks to trick us with more fog allowing less draw distance. I agree it looks better but its not by a long shot. NFS has some gorgeous scenery and locations, the problem is this video doesnt show them or do it justice

Every car has a different handling... Some cars are easy to drive, other cars you need to "learn" to drive them... I played The Crew 2 and i finished it. It is a great game, it has bugs and some problems, but in future updates i know Ubisoft will fix them, because Ubisoft listen the community!
And also i played NFS Payback... I can say that it is worst than The Crew 2. It has better graphics, but compare the size of the maps! The sound is way better in the Crew 2, it is more fun to play with a great sound engine. The Crew 2 has some hard mission, is more hardcore than NFS.
I also played the The Crew 1. And i love this series! I love to complete all the achievements in these 2 games... I almost "complete" 100%, i just need to complete the multiplayer achievements, but unfortunately i am playing on XBOX and i don't have XBOX Live...

Crew 2 looks so dull, every color is flat except for sand, which is some reflective. Nfs pb has better sound quality cuz idoes sound like some actually stuck a mic up a car exaust like the Crew 2 did, nfs pb has it sound like its a distant away like how it should be when driving in chase xamera view.
