Wish I had all your plastic grocery bags....they always come in handy! We don't have them in NY anymore! Love your new sofa! It fits perfectly in your living room! Just saw a short where someone took a broken plastic pot, and painted it and planted the flowers or herbs or grasses laying down, coming out of the crack and then in the pot as regular! That was an awesome product review! A new sofa! Its a lovely color too and looks good in your home. I personally love mobile homes. You can have the layout you want with half the price tag of a stick built home.
Tip on your roll up greenhouse doors that I found helped me to roll them easier. I stapled a dowl rod to the bottom of the flap and I roll it up using the ends of the dowel, makes for a tighter easier roll up and the weight of it helps to keep the door flap down better when not up. I used about a 3/4-1” rod and cut it to about 2” wider than panel so I could hold ends to roll with ease. Because it’s tighter roll the ties die up better also.

I like the color of your new sofa. It certainly looks comfortable. The garden is growing by leaps and bounds. Soon you will have everything planted and growing then getting ready for harvest. Time seem's to fly by when you get older.

I start my petunias...geraniums and merigolds from seed in the month of April and most of them are blooming now. Yes it saves a lot by planting seeds. Wow a free couch Awesome!❤

Good morning Pretty Tessie ❤ I buy dollar store flower seeds all the time! What a blessing for the couch. We had to leave our 1 year old couch when we moved and it was the first brand new couch I had ever got. We have been using the big oversized overstuffed leather couch that was left in the house. On mothers day week an ad came out and it had my couch in it. Well almost my couch. This one was a little bit smaller but it was perfect because this living room is a little bit smaller. The best part was the price. It was marked in half at $450 and if you signed up to be on their mailer you saved $50 plus I got 10% off for a military discount! We were suppose to get it last Wednesday but they called to see if we could wait a bit longer. The had an order placed for a lift chair for a woman who had to have a hip replacement so we gave up our spot. Because we offered our spot the took off the delivery charge. We will now get it on June 5th!

Tomato seeds are usually so easy to grow but this year I used seeds from two different packs and not one germinated! That's concerning. I think it's time I learn how to save seeds from my garden. I had to buy tomato plants from a garden center.

It's good you took that break, Tessie; it's important to give our bodies, minds, and spirits time to be refreshed. The couch and living room look fantastic; what a tremendous blessing! Has the shredded cardboard improved the soil in your garden or did you rake it out? I am thinking about buying a cardboard shredder...was it worth it?
For Us it helped ! We used it 2 years ,it is now all composted and we will give the ground a year rest

Tessie, your whole lifestyle us called slow living. You gave so many examples. You use seeds instead if expensive plants. Line dry instead of using a dryer. Canning, baking bread, harvesting herbs to make salves and tinctures, etc. Slow living saves money!!
