The experience shattered the narrative I had about never winning anything. John Paxson vs Steve Kerr, Pax actually had a little bit better playing career. Higher points and assists. Steve won 5 rings though. I think Pax gets overlooked a lot. His 93 shot is the 2nd greatest shot in Bulls history over Kerr's 97.

Well I think people should idolize the person for their work, not for who they are. If not for the expansion draft, BJ would be another valuable asset to the 2nd 3-peat 96-98 Bulls would have given the Bulls another scorer and 3 point specialist. He and Ron Harper could share the PG spot. The expansion draft robbed him of another 3 more rings and he would have six.

John Paxson vs Steve Kerr, Pax actually had a little bit better playing career. Higher points and assists. Steve won 5 rings though. I think Pax gets overlooked a lot. His 93 shot is the 2nd greatest shot in Bulls history over Kerr's 97.
