    BJ Armstrong visited my sports camp on the Westside of Chicago when I was between 7-8th Grade. He autographed a red and black Bulls miniature basketball that I won in a raffle. I still have it. The experience shattered the narrative I had about never winning anything. I'm super glad he's continued to be successful as a Sports Agent and hasn't aged a day since I saw him drain 3s that day on the court.

After the 1991-92 season: "Jordan and BJ don't particularly like playing together. Jordan screams for the ball, BJ resents the yelling." I believe that. In 1992, BJ was in his early 20s. Maybe, now that BJ is hitting 50, he has a much different perspective on this alleged "yelling" by Jordan. I can understand young BJ, because like most, I didn't like yellers either.

I felt then and now Mike should have done more to stand up for the Guy he wouldn’t have been able to win with like that. When you value or respect something or someone. You go to bat for them

    If not for the expansion draft, BJ would be another valuable asset to the 2nd 3-peat 96-98 Bulls would have given the Bulls another scorer and 3 point specialist. He and Ron Harper could share the PG spot. The expansion draft robbed him of another 3 more rings and he would have six.
    Could you imagine if the Bulls were able to hold on to him the starting 5 would be?

    PF - Rodman
    C - Longley

    John Paxson vs Steve Kerr, Pax actually had a little bit better playing career. Higher points and assists. Steve won 5 rings though. I think Pax gets overlooked a lot. His 93 shot is the 2nd greatest shot in Bulls history over Kerr's 97.

    • @munimathbypeterfelton6251
      @munimathbypeterfelton6251 3 года назад

      Yeah, Paxson was the second piece to the puzzle of the Bulls' first three-peat since he came to Chicago one year after Michael was drafted. And he was a starter during all his years on the Bulls. He was also instrumental alongside Scottie during the first year that Michael retired in 1993-'94, which was Paxson's last year playing in the NBA.
