      lekin ek business ko start karne ke liye bhi toh paise chahiye na, woh tumhe ghar wale thodi de denge, upar se license milna itna aasan nahi hota aur tax ki baat toh aap jaante ho jis hisab se aaj kal le rahe hai, job karo toh tax business karo toh bhi tax lekin services aur infrastructure kuch nahi milta uss tarah ke

    I Left IT Industry with 4 Yrs Experience. IT Jobs are the worst. Just work like a slave, mental pressure, low salary, no job security, toxic work culture, no future everything is worst in IT jobs.

      Which branch of engineering is not toxic. I am a mechanical engg. I had worked for low salary and working hrs is used to be 12 hrs per day and on saturdays also. Also the emvironment is bad. Atleast in IT offices are not dirty and salary is higher. No one talks about other branches because salary is lower but IT field salary is highet. So ot is always scrutinised. Also the job of other branches will be in outskirts of cities. If u see chemical enggs they work in dirty environment and stress full job, round the clock shifts.

      @nitishvidyadharan8240 Please check the layoff brother. Some of my IT friends also can't get a job because of the high competition in market. Also they have a some work experience but they can't get a good job. They are currently unemployed and searching jobs. Yes i completely accept one thing that you told every branch of engineering is toxic. Mechanical engineers also struggled a lot, I completely accept you. But if you check competition in market anyone can join IT industry. That's the reason company treat IT engineers as a slave. You check currently no jobs in IT for freshers or someone who has 1/2 yrs experience.

      @@rumondas5005 , mech enggs are also treated as slaves as jobs are less and engineers are more. There are only few jobs in mech enggs. Also the dirty environment we have to work.

    Shalini, I truly I agree whatever you said regarding learning new things. I had a query when we try new things we have to give more time to learning and all but when we stuck in a new project and your manager is not that helpful how will you over come that situation.

      Don’t expect much from manager if he is not involved, there are lot of resources online and take help from colleagues. Don’t expect anything from anyone in corporate life.

    Ma'am how much DSA is necessary Nowadays for freshers ????

    • @JourneyJunkiesVlogs
      @JourneyJunkiesVlogs 12 дней назад +2

      It should depend on your goal, if you are just want a job in development in any good reputed organisation, then DSA is not necessary but if your goal is to work with startup’s or Google type companies then DSA is mandatory
