mera selection v wipro me off campus hua tha year 2022 me jb mera graduation over hua, per apke jsa fortunate ni rha, qki unhone joining hi ni di, uske bad mujhe ek saal content writing krna pda fir ek tech startup me full stack developer ki job kr rha hu with the same earning as wipro, or av recently 2 mahine phle unhone unpaid training rkh di, wo v 3 mahine ki, with no guarantee of employment. The mnc culture has been ruined. Meri friend ne kha mt join kro wipro av isme koi growth ni apka tech stack shi hai yha pr koi kaam ni iuper se bench period me >45 days ke baad pse v ni milte or 70% logo ke pas av koi kaam ni. isliye maine wipro ki training chor di, ab as a fresher ghusne ka koi fayda ni, I wish I will succeed in this industry. And second thing other ASEAN countries are also providing cheap and affordable IT services to their foreign clients so presence of Indian IT sector is shrinking globally and new markets are emerging. So yes you got to be updated and upgraded to remain relevant

You need to survey employees of Indian pvt banks then you can compare whose lifestyle are harsh. I would suggest only 3rd division arts graduates to apply in Indian pvt banks .. others pls avoid these banking jobs
