This deck is top tir. You only need 120 ur for the dragon lord and 1 for the ultra ship. Pretty cheep powerful deck with some sr as well. I have it and out of 20 games you win 80% of it,my build is little different but this is a guarantee win deck. The only way to lose with this deck is if you start second and your opponent negate every single card you try to activate. The moment you summoning umi, jellyfish,dragon lord,sea stealth attack its good game(gg)you will win 90% of the time.
It loses a lot to other water-themed decks and imperm, which in my experience, almost everyone opens with. Dkayed got lucky on that marincess matchup due to the opponent's misplays.
Dkayed theres a new spell card that can special summon 4 materials rhongo and then use sales ban to stop rhongo detach activation so you can have 4 mats rhongo for the rest of the turn

I never understood why you can't fuse away a monster on the board due to this only 1 non water restriction. I mean only 1 will be on the board, so why is this a thing
Its like gozen/rivalry. You can't even try to summon other attributes for gozen or other type for rivalry than whatever attribute/type you already have on board.
I played against a deck like this at a tournament last month. Wasn't expecting to see something like it, but my deck just happened to be a decent match for it so I won narrowly
Ok no joke, but today I played maybe like 5-7 against Branded Despia and all of them they had Branded Lost. And when I checked their decks of course they only had it at 1.
umi changes the token's level so, they'd need to special a tenyi, summon mo ye + token, make chengying if you can get vishuda in gy you can get rid of umi
I need y’all’s opinion! I have 13.5k gems. I have my branded stuff and gave up on pulling royal finish anything for Branded since my chance went to Borrelend Dragon in the selection pack. I want something fair like water control for fun. Is it worth it? If so how many gems/craft points is the max I should use?
Kairyu shin stop synchro summon swordsoul because it mess up the level due to legendary ocean effect reduce level by 1 swordsoul token and mon yue. It kill pure swordsoul deck 100%.
I use True Draco, I modified it to be extremely versatile and strong. But still, this UMI deck is an hard counter, it makes me extremely mad each time I see it.
Why is everyone playing Gameciel as the Kaiju?! You should play literally any other Kaiju because they are non-water and if you give your opponent a non-water Kaiju, now they are trapped by Kairyu.

You dont die to harpies and your floodgate is very consistent to make. Also the core is very easy to get, only ur is karyu-shin. Its a decent Rogue deck .
It looks okay but true Draco’s can actually go second unlike this deck. True dracs also play like 12 draw cards so your gona see a floodgate as well. Chances of you losing to harpies is low if you play judgement and anti spell, even if no guarantee you lose. Also dracs have a better grind game and can recycle. This deck dies after turn one easily if they get past the floodgate. Also this deck dies to harpies worse than true Draco’s atleast they can still activate from deck.
And within two days of being released, it already has as many decklists on the Top Decks page as Eldlich and Adamancipator. S/O to Marincess for being right there, too.
It's just top players jumping on to new released cards/decks to play. What determines the tier of the deck will be the competitive results, not rank results. So wait for the next meta tourney and see if the new cards can top on that tourney.

You can use the jellyfish effect under imperm, skill drain, droplet and veiler by actvating the effect and banishing it with the sea stealth.

You can have some fun with fish sonar and citadel whale. And use giga gagagigo as your lv 5 normal monster. Or combo it with the phantasm cards.
I always make sure my spells and traps don't align with my monsters, because impermanence is a cheeky little fooker for negating backrow...
I mean that doesnt really matter. Monsters can be in a different row and imperm will still negate the traps. Mekk knights tho...

3k if you’re lucky with Kairyu Shin, the rest of the URs are pretty much staples.
You only need 4 URs for the archetype itself. Fill in the extra slots with cards of your choosing.
