🍝Making pasta is one of my favorite things in a kitchen, especially when it's pappardelle pasta. Currently, I am spending the summer in Jackson Wyoming, working with my good friend Addison. Every morning I am responsible for making fresh pappardelle pasta for service. This video of my making the pappardelle pasta is the first of my videos showing what I do in a real, full-service, kitchen every day.
