the strings look easy to be bend
these solos are really helpful. they helped me see the structure of the solo, timing, and the speed of it. great work guys!
That Wah sounds incredible what does he use? Cry Baby? Great guitarist, I've watched this guy play a lot of solos and he has every one down pat. A true musicion.
@jeffski360 Hi there, thanks for the feedback, however this video is to show you what is taught on the Metallica Guitar lesson DVD. In with Danny Gill shows you step by step how to play the solos.
@Mate1525 Danny shows you note for note on the dvd how to play these solos. Your being shown on your guitar and you can hear how each note is being played. You also get a cd with backing tracks recorded by session musicians so you can practice what you've learnt by playing along with them. You get 3 different speeds of this solo as well - meaning once you mastered where your fingers go you can play along and build up your playing speed! hope that helps you decide which to learn with.
this solo's not hard. it just requires nimble fingers, great job btw. also, i love how comments that are like tellling people off or explaining something not quite as important sometimes not even related to the video get put as the most liked comment... lol. also at the begging if u listen to the song u dont play it that fast. i couldnt figure out what was wrong with my solo till i listened to the song, its not something u just notice you have to really pay attention
one of my favorite solo, it's easy and feels great

@emptypromis Nice work, each track on the DVD has a variety of different speeds so once you learn the solo from the tutors you can play along at different speeds with the tutor. The dvd includes 4 other Metallica tracks to Learn to play.

@scorpionz44 No it doesn't quite have the sound of millions of dollars spent on guitars, amps, pedals, the preamps of an SSL mixer, outboard effects, analogue tape and some of the best recording engineers, producers, mix engineers and mastering. But as instructional demonstrations go, it's top notch.

@licklibrary hey! i've been playing for about 8-9 years and i can't seem to find that kinda tone that you used in this video. i've got one of those KH crybaby wah's, a box amp, and an effects pedal. one of those pedals with like 99 different settings on it. I don't remember the name of it at the top of my head, but i'd like to know how i can get alot of sound like that without having tons of feedback
