It's never too late. I started playing electric guitar and bass guitar last year and right now the Enter Sandman rhythm comes very easily. If I continue like this, I think I will be playing solos well in the 3rd year. I'm 36 years old by the way. When I turn 40, I will have been playing for 5 years :)
