I played basketball outside from 5:30-9:30 yesterday it did feel stifling heat but I was fine cus I was hydrated it’s ok to be active in this weather I think they’re over exaggerating a bit with this “extreme heat” warning if it was extreme it would be more uncomfortable I felt like I was on a tropical island Tuesday is less humid
