that part will be only available after you save the first application with picture/jpg of your passport, have you save the first applicats information? If it errors at the address field, _invalid characters detected_ use enter key to avoild and spaces and use 2 or 3 lines to enter your address, the coding behind this address field is not properly coded hope this helps
