Well the house is surrounded by water, so if this house is used in survival, mobs would survive in the water , the house has big windows so mobs would be able to see you and can gather around the house, it would be a big problem because mobs will survive near house due to water and the house owner would face problem entering and exiting the house

If you think there's not enough quartz while building this, trust me, there is. There's a lot of destroying it later and replacing with other stuff or simply decorating.
