Another great video. Loved the embossing on metallic paper, never gave that a thought. It is always good to have some ideas for some quick card construction. Thanxs!
It would be amazing if you can make a video on the panel's you made but never used in this video. And add tips for light or white space type card designs
The alternatives listed for each card is really helpful! I never thought to emboss on metallic stock - what a great idea for tone on tone! Can you tell me where you purchased your magnets? I am really interested in the silicone holders? Thanks.
Those magnets are made by Studio Light. They were given to me to try out, and I like them. I can't seem to find a link in Canada, but I'm sure they are available in Europe. In the US, Joggles might have them. Thanks for watching!
@@ardyth Thank you! I will be on the lookout for them! I live in California and when I saw that Studio Light was based in South Africa I resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to get them. Now, hope springs eternal! Thanks again. Really, this follow up is so sweet of you.
Love these card ideas. Couple of questions. Where did you get the magnet holders? Is that the Copic colour listed on your swatch for your CP inks? If yes, fabulous idea. If no, what is the number code?
The magnets with holders are from Studio Light, and will be available at Ecstasy Crafts soon, as well as the Studio Light Stamp Press (which will come with magnets in the covers) (they have some similar ones from other companies as well). Yes that number is my best guess at a Copic match to the CP inks. I find it useful! Thanks so much for watching!
My square cards are 4.25x4.25 inches, so they fit in regular A2 sized envelopes and do not require extra postage. There are shops that offer larger square envelopes, and depending where you live, they may require extra postage. Thanks for watching!
They are from Studio Light. They were given to me to try out, and I like them. I have not been able to find a link here in Canada, but I'm sure they are around somewhere! Thanks for watching!
Gorgeous cards, Ardyth! Thanks for sharing! Just wondering about your little blending brushes- what brand are they please? They look really comfortable to use! Thanks!

I have such a difficult time with blending...I seem to keep getting brush edges that won't blend...They just like a BLOB! I've watched so many blending tips, but I'm still a a clutz! Any suggestions? Thanks so much...I'm looking forward to the Summit. (VIP)
My best blending tips: 1) blend some of the ink off before you go to the paper, build up lots (and lots and lots!) of light layers. 2) if you get a harsh mark, keep going over it lightly with lots of layers. 3) blend a bigger piece than you need so that you can trim it down (harsh marks are often near the edges) 4) 'hide' the bad blend by spritzing water or shimmer spray. Thanks so much for watching!
Thanks Ardyth! These cards are great!
Glad you like them, Dawn! Thanks for watching!

I love you square cards. Two questions... do you need extra postage and do you make your own envelopes? I'm having trouble finding envelopes.
