First Duchenne Drug Approved by the FDA

The FDA grants accelerated approval to the first drug for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This provides hope to all Duchenne families and is a huge step forward in turning Duchenne from a fatal disease to a more manageable condition. CureDuchenne provided early funding to Sarepta Therapeutics for the development of this drug, and it's important that we continue to fund research until there is a cure for all those with Duchenne.
