- One of the most common recommendations is to keep your stock exhaust system in place when doing long-tube headers whenever possible. This gives you the option to add an aftermarket exhaust system down the line if you ever get the itch for more sound, preventing expensive rework if you go too far off the bat. And while this approach works for the majority of our builds, some customers already know exactly what they want: ALL THE SOUND.
And in this case, that comes in the form of Stainless Power long-tube headers paired with a CORSA Xtreme dual-3.00" exhaust system without active valves. I heard this mustang before the video finished uploading.
Would love to hear this setup with the active mufflers.
I’d always like to hear this combo with quiet start to see if it’s tolerable for neighbors but can’t find a video of it
it's definitely tolerable! get them asap! don't worry about the neighbors!!! they only have to hear it when u start it up.....or come home!!!

@@Killing4foodwould you say it’s almost as quiet as stock when you have the exhaust on quiet mode? Or is it still ear deafening
@@hectorrodriguez431 nah. It’s definitely louder. Initial cold start is loud but more tolerable than having active exhaust on track. If you stood behind it you’d have to almost yell to hear each other talking. After like 15-30 seconds it quiets down a lot and is pretty quiet.
How much different does it sound with the king tube headers? Just the corsa extreme exhaust on.
will those long tube headers with catts pass the Nc INSPECTION?

Curious what the dyno read with this setup? I had this setup on my '15. It will melt your ear drums.
I don’t have cold air intake, but long tubes, corsa extreme, I got dyno at 433hp / 430 torque

American Racing long tube catless, then either Corsa Extreme or Borla Atak. That’s the best combo.

Yes. Closed space amplifying the sound making it seem louder than it is.

@@zoob4371 it feels wonderful pulling mustered stains in my car these guys worked on for me. Mopar or no car. I don’t have to worry about going to fast the mustard usually total themselves pulling out after 60 feet!
