Finallyyyy, a gear video actually describing the why/what rather than just the how/when. You effing rock, subbed AF Edit: after watching few times, thanks so much again this was EXACTLY what I was looking for as a total BDO noob. Dozens of videos out there talking about specific armor/weapon pieces (which as a day 2 player are completely meaningless to my ears, no matter how important they may actually be down the road) but I wanted a general overview of how this specific gearing system worked. Having played a bunch of Diablo games it's not as overwhelming now seeing just how similar the two are, but only was able to actually see that after watching ur vid.
My only question now is what gear/items can I lose off my character when I die or am killed by another player? A player whose randomly trolling not someone in a specific setting like some PvP arena or some set up battle. Like I walk out of town and get killed what do I lose? The armor I've upgraded? Or does that stay with my character? My random potions and such? Are they gone? Been lucky enough to not have been trolled much yet so haven't found out the hard way. Want to manage storage/stashes properly from the start to not lose a bunch for no reason other than being lazy and uninformed lmao
@@dottzgaming that's awesome, so for now the challenge is the game itself. Got it, not random trolls haha definitely a relief ngl haha coming from Ark/DayZ/Atlas style games def makes me extra cautious 😂 to say the least
Yeah this is how I feel too. I'm use to mmo's but BDO is a different animal which is refreshing but so much information thrown at oneself. And felt the same with watching other videos too. Good vid.
Hi very good information and very quick and straightforward I know you probably covered what I’m about to ask but could you please do a guide on the”My Stats” sheet and explain how the Final stats and base stats along with the % rate of each Type affect our effectiveness through combat. Please and thank you
I have a question, why does I get gear that is blocked on my inventory, I want to use some of this gear but I don't understand how to use this items.... I been searching for a long time and there is no info abut this... Thank you very much in advance I really will appreciate the answer to this issue.
NOTE: There are other class resources besides MP such as WP/EP/SP. Regardless, these stats are used to cast and use abilities!

Glad it has helped man! And when u die to another player, nothing. Monsters? Just a chance to lose crystals in gear.

Seasonal characters can't use certain gears... You'll have to transfer character from seasonal to normal character from Fulghar NPC
