@@MimakiUSASuwanee Thank you. I just installed the UJF-3042 MKIIe, it doesn't have a vaccum table for this version. Would I use the regular UJF-3042 MKII Table file to make the jig vs the vaccum one?

Do you have an email for technical support? I'm having problems with my print position. it keep printing above the one I have set. I've been following all the videos and still stuck with this problem :(
