Russells, Harden, George, and Kwahi are amazing individual skilled players who cannot play off the ball and right there is their main problem. When one gets the ball and start to make a move, they are doubled teamed. They kick the ball out and the next player checks it out. The is only like 15 seconds to get a good shot, and they can't keep checking the ball on every possession plus you can only play two of them at any given time to be effective.

    • @IncognitoSprax

Harden need to come off the bench. He can lead the 2nd unit. The last time he came off the bench he went to the NBA finals. No disrespect to Kawhi, but I think Westbrook need to run the offense. He is a athletic version of Magic Johnson when he runs the offense. The same way Jason Kidd 1st arrived to New Jersey Nets and got them to the finals in his 1st year, Westbrook can do the same. Harden can come off the bench and give Westbrook rest minutes

-Robert covington who is a great defender
-Marcus Morris old but shoots verywell from three
-Mr.4th Quarter Nicolas Batum a good shooter also defend well from the paint.
And Harden isn't the same player he use to be also lazy defender....

Lue should figure out who plays best as a two- man team out of the four stars. PG, Harden, Russ & Kahwi. Start 2 and bench 2.
Then you're not singling out the weak link, feelings won't be hurt. You'll have two superstars starting and two coming off the bench. Everyone can have equal or close to equal time & touches that way.
You can pitch it to the boys riding the bench that they can play their game & not fight for awkward touches, etc. Obviously.
You can also play with various lineups & match ups that way as well.
