    I bought an HPN SIGNATURE mug press, but the heating element for the 15 oz mug is too small and doesn't cover the entire mug for a full wrap. How can you help me?

    I love my mug press, but I don't know how to tell if my press is giving light, medium, or heavy pressure.

    • @HeatPressNation
      @HeatPressNation  2 года назад

      This is usually gauged by how much resistance you feel when closing the press. For mugs (and sublimation in general), you almost never need heavy pressure. You should feel a little resistance when closing, but it should not be super easy nor difficult.

    Will you guys be adding a 20oz skinny option?

    • @HeatPressNation

      We are looking into it, but have nothing available at this time. For now, we recommend using an oven wrap: www.heatpressnation.com/products/hix-8-straight-wall-sublimation-oven-travel-mug-wrap

    What can cause the timer to stop working?

    • @HeatPressNation
      @HeatPressNation  2 года назад

      There's a magnetic sensor that gets triggered when the handle is lowered. Sometimes this sensor needs to be re-adjusted. If your timer isn't counting down automatically when you lower the handle, please call our Tech Support team at (800)215-0894. They'll be happy to assist.

    How do you clean ink off the mug wrap?

    • @HeatPressNation
      @HeatPressNation  3 года назад

      You can try a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol. But if it's baked into the wrap, it's likely going to be permanent.

      Not in this video. But we just launched our new tumbler heating attachment: ruclips.net/video/s70kEN2aWy4/видео.html
      This attachment has been tested to work with 30oz tumblers measuring approx. 9.5" tall w/a 3.125" diameter.

    Any skinny tumbler attachment coming for this press?

    • @HeatPressNation
      @HeatPressNation  3 года назад +2

      The "Thick Straight Wall" attachment will fit a skinny tumbler, BUT coverage will be limited. It's great if you're just going to press a logo on both sides of the tumbler. We have a video coming out in the next week or so that will show how to use an oven wrap to get full coverage on those tumblers.

    Glad I found your video. I am just about to purchase a mug sublimation press machine but it's confusing to know what machine is best? AI am in search for a press that can do heavy duty work. It seems like HPN machine can do heavy duty work, right? I have to do 200 - 300 mugs a day. However, the HPN press is very expensive. In comparison with other presses it's way higher. Why is that the case? Thanks!

    • @HeatPressNation
      @HeatPressNation  3 года назад +1

      With that volume of mugs, we'd recommend getting multiple mug presses. Each mug takes about 3 minutes to press. With a single mug press, you'd be working about 10-15 hours per day to heat press 200-300 mugs. This sort of workload would cause excess wear and tear on any single machine. (For perspective, the GeoKnight DK3 has a 3-year/3,000 press warranty. You'd be through that in a matter of weeks.) It may seem expensive to invest in multiple machines, but the margins on mugs are great and the machines will pay for themselves in no time.
      The HPN Sublimation Mug Press (heat.press/mugpress) is actually very affordable when you compare it with other "heavy duty" machines, like the Geo Knight DK3 mug press (heat.press/DK3). It has a very sturdy construction, can accommodate different heating elements, and is backed by our 1-year warranty and free lifetime technical support. You can also add up to 3 additional years of warranty coverage for a small fee.

      @@HeatPressNation Thanks for your reply and information provided - much appreciated. I have no doubt that the HPN Sublimation Mug Presses is one of the best in the market - I read many reviews. All good to go. I see there are 6 different machines on your website (one is a demo model) - are they all the exact machine? In other words, if I buy the cheapest machine it is still the very same one as the most expensive one with the difference that I get add-ons with the most expensive one, right?
      I will start with one machine and do 50 - 80 mugs a day and see how the machine performs. Then, after approximately three months, I will invest in a second machine if the first one performs as I hope it will.
      Just one last question: Do you have an agency in Turkey? I am situated in Turkey. If not, do you charge extra to ship to Turkey? Thank you.
