Today was my first day ever trying out meditation and mindful healing. My friend requested it to me, and I always blew it off. But I finally tried it out, and boy I have been missing out. I feel as I have emerged into a new, blissful person. Thank you for this experience.
Wow! As I was listening my eyes felt pressure and I thought I was losing it..... at the end as I opened my eyes huge teardrops fell and I realized I had been crying. Feelings I have not appreciated for a very long time..... thank you..thank you..thank you!
So needed this today and actually for a long time release of my feelings of loss and abandonment. Right time...thank you for this heavenly guidance! You are an angel.
I fell asleep during the video, which tends to happen. But later at night (and idk if it's related) I had a sleep paralysis experience with a shadow person. Oddly I was not scared, but it was an .. experience. I truly felt that it was a way of healing soul trauma from some time ago. Healing I was seeking. I will try this video again soon enough.
