I only had a few hours to play Tribe Nine. But i was incredibly impressed with the identity of the game. It brings in something i think that has not been done in a gacha scene before. And that's very rare. Kodaka-sensei as always tries to go his own route and i respect it a lot. I also like the boldness of the story. The creators of Danganronpa and 999 had never refrained from murdering characters but to do it immediately to your tutorial buddies i don't think I've seen that happen for gacha. It's very interesting to see where this game goes. Also the giant baseball game mechanic thing was really fun from what i tried.
Tribe Nine: Something Unique, Interesting, and Refreshing. I definitely want to play this game because story stuff i seen from your live streams has definitely peaked my interest.
I would've streamed the rest but I ended up having stuff I needed to do and then I only had 2 days to finish the story so I couldn't focus on streaming it. When it releases, I'll stream it all :)
Seeing this Video after the demo has been released, I can only say i fully agree. I personally also like the fact that the game kind of continues after the anime (I will not spoil either but it has to do with Kazuki Aoyama, since he's too one of the main characters in the anime). The story is great and I have so much fun grinding for this game. The only thing that bothers me are the battle sounds, since I personally feel like they're not really enjoyable to listen to, but that could also be since I am very sensitive towards sounds, so I simply turn off the audio during battles. So yeah! I fully agree with everything said The story is great and I personally think it's even greater when you see the connections to the story in the anime, for example in the tension cards or references towards it. So I personally would also recommend watching the anime! You might notice some lovely small details about the different characters 😉
Came here again after playing the demo on Steam Next Fest and I agree with everything said here. The combat and bosses are actually fun which is not something I say for most of gachas
lol sorry. I realized I didn't set it to send to subs which resulted in many people not seeing the video. Had to reupload. Thanks for coming back to watch!
Question. How does gacha work? And since this has Danganronpa DNA in it, do any of the characters die? Or perhaps lock you out of that character for a certain period to simulate death?
I won't spoil but they mention that the characters pulled are fake versions to assist you in combat while you have to meet with them (progress in story) to actually speak with and learn more about them.
@@IAMCha0tik Okay, based from the premise that they're fake then I guess the characters stay with you even after the real ones die (because this is Danganronpa, they WILL die eventually). That means gacha value still stays. That said, how many characters are there? Judging from the title, there are nine? And all of them are playable from the get go? Do you gacha the characters or something else?
As a danganronpa fan, sign me the hell up

A re-upload ? Was anything left out from previous one ?
I accidently set it not to send out to subs. The video itself is the same. If you wanna help with algo, you can watch it again ;)
Looks too good to be gacha ngl

You start with 4 (they give you one of them- a healer) and the rest is gacha.
