Your videos bring an immense sense of calm and comfort to me. For this reason I’ve been watching all of your old videos. You truly have been helping me find myself again. Prior to watching your videos I hadn’t read a book in years. Now, I’m reading daily and forgot how much I truly enjoy it. I’ve really been trying to enjoy the small things and just slow down. My life has been go go go for so many years and I tend to rush through everything to stay on schedule. Hi, Mo! I decided to watch all your videos on the channel and now I’m here! I don’t know if you’re gonna read this, but I just have to say how grateful I am that you’re sharing your life with us! Your words about how you felt when you first moved to Portland resonated in my heart. I once went away from my family to another city for three and a half years, and it seems like I’ve never felt so tired and depressed and disappointed in myself. Now I’m back home, I'm with my family, but I don’t think I’ve worked out the trauma of being alone and feeling of loneliness. I don’t have the words to describe how this video supported me and made me feel like a normal person instead of a weak and useless woman who can’t live with herself. I'm behind on watching videos, but you are quickly becoming a favorite of mine to watch. From the aesthetic to the music to just watching you and Landon together, it's all just so relaxing and comforting, especially in times of great stress, at least to me. Also, I can totally relate to the dogs walking you. I'm accustomed to small dogs, so when I went to take care of a family friend's two big dogs, I was not prepared and was basically dragged down the street lol.

I just can't with the cinematic of you videos! I really really love them, and I get reminded why I started watching RUclips videos. Also I really felt inspired when you said you hoped someone got a kick out of your funny moment, I would felt terrified if it happened to me but you are so positive and you made me realize that if it happened to me I would've wanted the same thing haha
Irene I know exactly what you mean about feeling terrified! I use to really enjoy watching Sarah’s Day vlogs and something she always said was “Act confident and no one will question you!” And that has carried over into so many parts of my life. more recently it’s been when I film in public places- I used to be terrified of what people would think of me, then I realized that maybe they’ll have a single negative thought and then forget about it and me minutes later OR just not even care. Not a big deal at all! It’s been so freeing! All we can do is not take ourselves too seriously and just laugh at the ridiculous moments 🤪

I’m a little late watching these! I’m about to make a similar move from California (where I’ve lived my entire life) to Virginia with no job lined up as well. I’m so nervous and I feel so much anxiety over it because I feel as if people expect you to have that lined up before the big jump. How long did it take for you to find a job / how did you end up finding one? (If you’re comfortable sharing of course!) thank you 🥰
CanSam27 Where in Virginia are you moving?? Do you have an area in which you’d love to get a job or know the type of job you’d like? I applied to one job a day everyday until I got one. It wasn’t much, but I got a part time job as a brand ambassador for a tea company. It was through that job that I made all of my friends and got to know Portland (I attended a lot of events where I would hand out tea samples). Once I had my community, I was able to get a better job! YOU CAN SO THIS!! 🤗

I just can't with the cinematic of you videos! I really really love them, and I get reminded why I started watching RUclips videos. Also I really felt inspired when you said you hoped someone got a kick out of your funny moment, I would felt terrified if it happened to me but you are so positive and you made me realize that if it happened to me I would've wanted the same thing haha
Irene I know exactly what you mean about feeling terrified! I use to really enjoy watching Sarah’s Day vlogs and something she always said was “Act confident and no one will question you!” And that has carried over into so many parts of my life. more recently it’s been when I film in public places- I used to be terrified of what people would think of me, then I realized that maybe they’ll have a single negative thought and then forget about it and me minutes later OR just not even care. Not a big deal at all! It’s been so freeing! All we can do is not take ourselves too seriously and just laugh at the ridiculous moments 🤪

How did you end up in Oregon? I understand missing what you use to love. We move all the time because of work. The last 4 years have been the hardest of my life. Beautiful RUclips channels have been a lovely crutch as I've hobbled through. Thank God for getting me through.

I’m a little late watching these! I’m about to make a similar move from California (where I’ve lived my entire life) to Virginia with no job lined up as well. I’m so nervous and I feel so much anxiety over it because I feel as if people expect you to have that lined up before the big jump. How long did it take for you to find a job / how did you end up finding one? (If you’re comfortable sharing of course!) thank you 🥰

I applied to one job a day everyday until I got one. It wasn’t much, but I got a part time job as a brand ambassador for a tea company. It was through that job that I made all of my friends and got to know Portland (I attended a lot of events where I would hand out tea samples). Once I had my community, I was able to get a better job! YOU CAN SO THIS!! 🤗

I’ve started to apply to jobs in a similar way. Every day, I just go in and apply or check up on any new postings. My boyfriend just moved to the DC area since he got a job there, so that’s why I’m trying to follow! Specifically, the Falls Church area ☺️

I know exactly the short film you’re talking about and Roo and Lola were chasing all sorts of Piper birds while we were there 🐾 (no harm done).
