    Main apna Anxiety ko thik karne ke liye bahut kuch kar rha tha lekin main har bar fail ho rha tha , mujhe ik Aisa hi framework chahiye tha taki main apne problem pe pin pointed attack kar paun... it's very helpful video mam!

    Maam please make video on sensory motor OCD... focus on breathing and eye blinks... somatic OCD....I have no compulsion but my eye blinks are conscious....5 yrs phle mjhe anxiety hui fir uska baad maine Google padh lia fir mai breathing me dhyaan dena lgi or bodily functions pe like eye blinks...hand movements.. toh Dr. Ne medicine di clonotril and stalopam..mai 2017 se 2022 tk dawa khati rhi or mai medicine Lena ke 8 months tk theek hogae thi.. sb bhool gae thi fir abhi April me ghr waalon ne bola ki kb tk dawa khati rahogi toh mjhe dawa band Krna ke naam se sudden sb yaad ayaga ki mai dhyaan deti thi saans pe or eye blinks pe..or fir meri anxiety bht badh gae...fir maine dawa bhi bnd krdi or exercise start kia or meditation or motivational videos dekhi or medicine bus .25 clonotril leti hun raat me... Dheera 2 jb mera fear khtm hojaiga tb mai yeh bhi bnd krdungi because medicine ne bus dependent banaya....khud se cope up krungi toh permanent hoga...

      Same still feelings don't use google first of all cope with all these types of symptoms from yourself confidence i am also suffering from last year i don't know what happened with me but suddenly my brain turn out flipped situation self harm and other harm then suicidal thoughts over coming in my mind 24x7 starting two months was so difficult for me how can i cope with condition whats going on why my brain gone against me then afterward i read some articles of ocd and reading articles trolling in my mind same thoughts awkward feelings then i left read any articles google searching and busy myself distract myself anytime when any situation trig on mind then i try myself to relaxation gradually situation getting normal and living healthy life but sometimes my mind not working properly i am not taking medicine because my core believe is strong i know the situation nothing will happen without Allah willing thats my believe and Allah giving me strength more and more and always i pray to Allah one day i will be completely cureable from this disease In Sha Allah O Tala don't loose hope i don't know which religion you are following but always believe on your GOD one day you will fight and you will be the winner so be happy distract yourself and busy try some new things forget your past memonts happily live in your present moment enjoy yourself and stay away from negative people and negativr thoughts May Allah Give you strength and power to fight your disease i was gone many psychiatrist but medicine works temporary not permanent solution permanent solution is in your hand how to cope yourself feelings i have pure ocd and mix feelings but its okay chilling and enjoying life khush reh bacha jo hona hay taqdeer mein woh ho ke rahega yeh ek jaal hay jo kisi bhi time tootega lazmi ager na bhi toote to zindagi guzar jani hay phir tention kai ko reh carrom ramwano maja ni life jivano 🤣😃 sometimes chemical imbalances ki wajah se hota hay but us ke liye medicines khani hoti hay per us pe totally dependent na hojao aahista aahista apna dose decrease karwa ke khud se cope karo Behtar hona shuru hojaogi kuch nahn hoga tum akeli nhi ho

      Basically yeh sab cheezon ka zimedar banda khud hi hota hay koi physical illness traumic situation ya phr kuch life ke events ki wajah se brain ka system disturb hojata jis ki wajah se ocd hoti hay once again i would like to say caram ramwano juice peevano ne maja ni life 💘 romantic movies dekha karo us se positive aur romance wali feelings ayengi

      Usko bolo ki ek din aisa rakhe jis me normal bath lena ek time..for just practice of normal life..poora din normal kaam karnajust ki jaise acting kar rahe ho .. next day chahe two time bath lekle.
