Aaron Woodyear we did our own! Trip advisor: take speedys shuttle/ferry from Tortola to virgin gorda. Got up early to do it and were first off the ship, but it was SO WORTH IT, as you can see, we had the place mostly to ourselves. The massive cruise ship excursion crowd showed up there when we were ready to leave, which was perfect! My footage never woulda been so great if we had done the ship excursion, with the giant mass of people, Plus, it would've taken three times as long to get through the baths, waiting for everyone!

+XCruiseme Well, Thank you! I try to always mention the cameras used in the video description, and for this video, my other Escape video, and all Costa Rica videos, I used a Canon G7x, my trusty GoPro Hero3 Black and iPhone 6S to film. The GoPo is great with waterproof housing for excursions and filming in places that are wet/rainy (cloud forest or rain forest in Costa Rica, the beach, or as you're almost falling off a horse, being it's more rugged) :) If you drop a waterproof-housed GoPro in the sand on the beach, you're likely ok. The G7x... not so much, my friend. Thanks for commenting! Your kind words made my DAY!
+XCruiseme I should admit, I also bump up the saturation in editing (and intensify shadows and highlights), so colors pop even more. Especially footage shot on cloudy days. I love the editing process ;)

+XCruiseme Ha! Gee, thank you! You're so sweet! Yes, i do LOVE my falsies! You can completely change your eye make up look based on which falsies you wear. Koko QueenB and Minx 2.0 are my fave evening glam lashes rn. Daytime I love koko Mischa. I'd love to beauty blog but I honestly don't really know what I'm doing ;) I'm just over here, fakin' till I make it.
Have you cruised on Carnival before? I just booked this cruise on the Escape and I see a lot of people comparing Norwegian and Carnival and some are saying Carnival is a lot better and more fun... what're your thoughts? I hope thats not the case lol
michellebelle13 Hi! Carnival is fabulous and a little more lively, we loved it. NCL us wonderful but we felt they reeeeeally had their hands in our pockets the entire time. Things that were included on carnival, like evening entertainment every night, cost extra most nights on NCL. We got charged for several drinks that were supposed to be included on our drink package, and despite being in the right, we were treated with hostility while we tried to get the erroneous charges removed (this happened 4 times in the week we cruised). Tons of dining option cost extra on NCL too. The staff on Carnival was always THRILLED to see you, assist you, etc. There appeared to be a severe moral problem on the Escape, as the staff (besides housekeeping) were disgruntled and uninviting, seeming very unhappy. I know you will still have a sensational time though, overall, u spend little tome on the boat interacting with crabby staff so ENJOY and let me know what you think!

x10e11 Well thanks for peeking in! Since i posted that review, my selfie stick came on several trips... until it was taken from me in the Cabo airport. The TSA guy insisted it looked like a weapon, while smirking. (Pretty sure he just had an itching to take some selfies😜) So, i need to buy another! At least it was taken on my way home, not my way there 😎

hahanickyhaha Why, thank you, you're very sweet! I used to use iMovie on all my videos that I made up until fall of 2015. That's when I crossed over into the world of Final Cut Pro X. I'm completely self-taught so complements like yours mean so much to me! I watched your video, and left you a comment!😘

hahanickyhaha Yes, get up to your elbows in iMovie before making the transition to FCPX, as it will make for a smoother transition. Haha, well, this one turned out a lil goofier than the other videos i made from this particular cruise. 😜
