This was actually two songs. The part at the beginning is the instrumental track "3xxxv5" and then "Take Me To the Top" begins where there's that change up and Taka comes out on stage. You know what that means though? You can listen to just the instrumental track on Spotify!
Also I wanna point out that the band always has an instrumental portion at their concerts (to give Taka a breather). At this particular concert they played an actual track from the album but usually they come up with a new instrumental just for that specific tour. They're all really really good so you might want to try looking them up.
With what you said in this video, my guess is that you might not like their new album as much. I think your enjoyment of it would be dependent on how well you can keep from comparing it to their past works because it is quite different. There's a lot of repetition in the lyrics (I used so much copy and paste when writing them up for my site) and the instruments take a back seat. Personally I'm the type who can easily listen to it for just what it is without comparing much so I was able to enjoy it much more than most, but I have to admit that it took a few listens to grow on me and that there weren't as many songs that I immediately loved compared to their previous album Ambitions.
If you're going to continue watching some stuff from this concert, you should check out "Heartache." I know you already watched the acoustic version but the original is a very nice rock ballad. (The performance at Yokohama Stadium is acoustic too so not that one but the one at Saitama Super Arena from the 35xxxv Japan Tour.)
