They never stated what exactly her powers were in this show. But I was assuming it was probability manipulation, plus some sorcery since Agatha was here.
I watched this show in the original airing and when they introduced her in age of ultron and an avenger in Civil War it looks like they took inspiration from this version. Her outfit with the coat the gloves, the rings in her civilian look, the uncontrollable rage that amped up her powers. I loved every minute of it and hated when they watered down her character after her memories were altered

That what I said. Marvel only did that because they didnt have rights to Xmen at that time so they started to give Scarlet Jean type arcs and stories and all sudenlly gives her life force that ripped off of the Phoenix force. Sadly Marvel retconned the Phoenix force and never seen again.

This was the first time I saw an adaptation of Scarlet Witch. She seemed so interesting, and I became more intrigued by the character as I looked up the original's bio

Very good eye! When this cartoon was made. The Craft was out about a year before and was quite popular with kids. You can see the creators were inspired by the movie. And it fit quite nicely, since Wanda is the Scarlet Witch.

If you watch the show you'll know she using her MUTANT ABILITY reality manipulation. Her powers are slowly growing and her magic was slowly developing. If we gotten season five we would of seen more of it.
I used to talk about her character being super op in xmen for years but completely forgot what her name was.. I could've easily searched up magnetos daughter but never did 💀
Try looking at it differently. In the comics, her story deals with mental health issues. She struggles to be a good person while dealing with her own broken mind and personal issues, and that makes her real. It shoes that heroes aren't always goody-goodies and are human too. They get hurt and sad, aren't always right and feel overwhelmed sometimes.

This is my favorite depiction of Wanda cause at the end of the day Wanda is a mutant born witch(don’t know why so many people have discourse over this, it’s so simple). Her probability manipulation here looks like messy telekinesis with tons of collateral which I love and feels real hex-ish and the blue energy she uses I’m assuming is of a more magical nature. Wanda’s whole thing has been chaos down from her mutant powers to her magical abilities which like this interpretation of her, is totally on brand!!! If you’re ever confused on which ability she’s using just assume all haha just say she’s constantly using both probability manipulation and chaos magic constantly, interchangeably and all at the same time
Seeing this, it occurs to me that we need to see another new live action series of Wanda the Scarlet Witch. with other stories helping other heroes or being an enemy. Also of course this series would be far from what WandaVision was, far from Westview where she starts a new life. Where since in the MCU the nickname Scarlet Witch after seeing Wandavision is already more than official and canonical. and if this new series would be after wandavision and after Doctor Strange, the multiverse of madness would be a success. of course the one who plays Wanda has to be Elizabeth Olsen herself. what do you think of the idea? until Disney or Marvel comes up with the idea. there has to be a series called just The Scarlet Witch. When i first watched this series, i thought she had the power to control heated temperatures. Like how she melted the buckles from the restraints and melted through the doors, also causing the lights to explode. Also thought she repelled everyone’s abilities cuz of her ability to control hot temperatures around her. Turns out she manipulates probabilities. But i thought this series displayed her powers in an awful way. Like they never explained deeply what her mutant abilities was and her abilities wasn’t displayed properly. For example, the episode where she traps Pietro to get to Magneto. They displayed her powers in that entire episode almost as if she were a telekinetic.

If you think about it probability manipulation behaves in a way that also looks like telekinesis which is why I think the mcu gave her telekinesis. I also believe that's the reason domino's powers have been retconned to be low level telekinesis. Everything a probability manipulator can do a telekinetic can do
@@azerux230 lol no her probability manipulation is like this; the odds of a chair suddenly busting into flames is like 100000000000000 in 1, her probability manipulation would turn the chair shes point at that one chair that bursts into flames, its like the odds are always in her favor right?. A high level telekinetic would also be able to make that chair burst into flames by moving the molecules of the chair so fast the friction would cause the chair to burst into flames. Because we can't visually see probability manipulation or telekinesis we wouldn't know which power was affecting the chair does that make sense? In the mcu, what Wanda is doing looks like telekinesis but what if what shes doing is actually probability manipulation and it just looks like telekinesis?!?
5:49 that guy on the right looks like the male version of kid gwen 🤩 , i wish we had a catalyst male user like that, similar to wanda , the only one is Dr Strange, but his fighting style is way more creative as he's creating lassos and other stuff, so we still haven't got a boy with normal magic powers. While wanda on the other hand completely lost control when she got the life force with the help of dr doom , she went crazy and couldn't control it till the end but jean in the end got hold of the phoenix force and controlled it.
The only thing I loved about this version of them, is that Magneto cared about Pietro way more than Wanda for this first time ever. He’s always been a huge fan of his dad. So it was nice to see them have a bond. Plus he always lied for him, when he knew exactly where to find him or how to contact him.
I think he cared for both of them but his fear of Wanda made him cast her aside. He knew she was stronger and would become uncontrollable at some point so he left her

Very good eye! When this cartoon was made. The Craft was out about a year before and was quite popular with kids. You can see the creators were inspired by the movie. And it fit quite nicely, since Wanda is the Scarlet Witch.
I think MCU Wanda's outfit is partly based on this version.

If you watch the show you'll know she using her MUTANT ABILITY reality manipulation. Her powers are slowly growing and her magic was slowly developing. If we gotten season five we would of seen more of it.

I like this Wanda, I like MCU Wanda but I don’t like Scarlet Witch in the comics because of the ending of House of M when she said No More Mutants
But we like her for that.
Try looking at it differently. In the comics, her story deals with mental health issues. She struggles to be a good person while dealing with her own broken mind and personal issues, and that makes her real. It shoes that heroes aren't always goody-goodies and are human too. They get hurt and sad, aren't always right and feel overwhelmed sometimes.

This is my favorite depiction of Wanda cause at the end of the day Wanda is a mutant born witch(don’t know why so many people have discourse over this, it’s so simple). Her probability manipulation here looks like messy telekinesis with tons of collateral which I love and feels real hex-ish and the blue energy she uses I’m assuming is of a more magical nature. Wanda’s whole thing has been chaos down from her mutant powers to her magical abilities which like this interpretation of her, is totally on brand!!! If you’re ever confused on which ability she’s using just assume all haha just say she’s constantly using both probability manipulation and chaos magic constantly, interchangeably and all at the same time

Seeing this, it occurs to me that we need to see another new live action series of Wanda the Scarlet Witch. with other stories helping other heroes or being an enemy. Also of course this series would be far from what WandaVision was, far from Westview where she starts a new life. Where since in the MCU the nickname Scarlet Witch after seeing Wandavision is already more than official and canonical. and if this new series would be after wandavision and after Doctor Strange, the multiverse of madness would be a success. of course the one who plays Wanda has to be Elizabeth Olsen herself. what do you think of the idea? until Disney or Marvel comes up with the idea. there has to be a series called just The Scarlet Witch. When i first watched this series, i thought she had the power to control heated temperatures. Like how she melted the buckles from the restraints and melted through the doors, also causing the lights to explode. Also thought she repelled everyone’s abilities cuz of her ability to control hot temperatures around her. Turns out she manipulates probabilities. But i thought this series displayed her powers in an awful way. Like they never explained deeply what her mutant abilities was and her abilities wasn’t displayed properly. For example, the episode where she traps Pietro to get to Magneto. They displayed her powers in that entire episode almost as if she were a telekinetic.

If you think about it probability manipulation behaves in a way that also looks like telekinesis which is why I think the mcu gave her telekinesis. I also believe that's the reason domino's powers have been retconned to be low level telekinesis. Everything a probability manipulator can do a telekinetic can do

@@azerux230 lol no her probability manipulation is like this; the odds of a chair suddenly busting into flames is like 100000000000000 in 1, her probability manipulation would turn the chair shes point at that one chair that bursts into flames, its like the odds are always in her favor right?. A high level telekinetic would also be able to make that chair burst into flames by moving the molecules of the chair so fast the friction would cause the chair to burst into flames. Because we can't visually see probability manipulation or telekinesis we wouldn't know which power was affecting the chair does that make sense? In the mcu, what Wanda is doing looks like telekinesis but what if what shes doing is actually probability manipulation and it just looks like telekinesis?!?
5:49 that guy on the right looks like the male version of kid gwen 🤩 , i wish we had a catalyst male user like that, similar to wanda , the only one is Dr Strange, but his fighting style is way more creative as he's creating lassos and other stuff, so we still haven't got a boy with normal magic powers. While wanda on the other hand completely lost control when she got the life force with the help of dr doom , she went crazy and couldn't control it till the end but jean in the end got hold of the phoenix force and controlled it.
The only thing I loved about this version of them, is that Magneto cared about Pietro way more than Wanda for this first time ever. He’s always been a huge fan of his dad. So it was nice to see them have a bond. Plus he always lied for him, when he knew exactly where to find him or how to contact him.
I think he cared for both of them but his fear of Wanda made him cast her aside. He knew she was stronger and would become uncontrollable at some point so he left her
He "cared" about Pietro more because he was easier to control, I think.
