Wolverine and the X-Men's costume for Scarlet Witch actually is pretty good. It had the mage cloak aesthetic that matches with her iconic headpiece. So it was stylish, not overly-sexualized, and still adhered to her traditional look
I think the whole fandom can agree that Wanda's new outfit is one of the best out there. Huge Kudos's to Elizebeth and the costume design team to on making the outfit look so sick.

Wanda was born as powerful as she is and is not really weak to anything physically. The difference between the two is that Doctor Strange doesn't let his emotions affect his magic the way that Wanda does, making him seem like the more refined magic user. Wanda has more raw power, but Doctor Strange is just better at using his magic
X-Men Evolution version will always be my number 1. The gothic style, blue powers, and ambiguity of her abilities made her very cool. Elizabeth Olsen's version is a close second for me.

Damn. That costume in Wolverine and the X-men. Elegant, sensual, plus damn fine graphic design. She looked at her best there. Not too sure how it would translate to something IRL though, so personally, I don't mind them change they did in the MCU. I like her outfits there.

The Wolverine and X-Men one is my favorite. She actually looks Romani, which is one part of her character I wish they had kept in the MCU. Not to mention it’s a decent animation style.

That wasn't Wanda, it was Nina, an adaptation of Magneto and Magda's first child before Wanda and Pietro, Anya.
i don’t know if it was in apocalypse but in one of the movies, Wolverine, the Prof., and Beast went to visit Peter/Pietro Maximoff. there was a little girl (probably Lorna Dane) who got told by her mother to “go bother your sister”, which most likely refers to a teenage Wanda. we don’t see this Wanda, but it’s a small reference though.
