I own both and I all I can say is that is a completely different experience. RS5 is more dynamic, you feel safer doing maneuvers on the road and is the PERFECT daily car. The RS7 is the perfect show off Sunday car AND the best for the track or controlled environments. I use them in very different occasions and they never fail 🥵
The 5 is a mini car, not luxurious and mature, more for kids. the 7 is a statement, pure luxury super car, for the established business person, that likes speed and looks.

question. So my mom has the qudi q5 sline 45tfsi 2023, and she has been using s plus dynamic mode for couple days on the highway for maybe 2 to 3 hours everyday, and before using s plus dynamic mode, full tank of gas was 510 miles, just two days ago only fill up till 470, and it's been like that for two weeks of filling. i was wondering will the miles go back to normal if we kept on the comfort or auto mode for a bit. and also wondering if keep driving s plus dynamic mode will harm the car overtime. i know that s plus dynamic mode will eat up gas pretty quick but yea can you help me with those questions. thank you so much emily. @@emilytheaudinerd
I have an A5, s4, and very briefly had an rs5. Yes the mileage will change depending on how you drive bc sport mode increases the revs which uses more fuel. As long as you keep maintaining the car it’ll be fine. Also for 95% of driving, the S4/S5 will be plenty enough and you can tune them to be just as fast.
@@jeffroni8793 where do you live? If you are in a place that gets cold that can also be a big part of it. Otherwise yes, putting it in Auto will bring you back to the better fuel economy as it is running the engine more conservatively.
When I’m ready to trade in my 23’ RS5 SB for a 2025 RS7 I will reach out to see if we can do business together. I do live in NJ, but a road trip sounds great to me. I sure hope Audi doesn’t eliminate the model before I’m ready, but if they do, I’ll buy a new 24’ RS7 Performance ahead of my schedule. I am determined to get the RS7 as my previous car was an A6 and the RS7 to me is the best of both worlds. Thank you for this review, I can’t get enough Audi RS information. The only thing is the Panoramic sunroof is not really Panoramic as it is pretty small in size if you compare an actual Pano Sunroof that goes to the rear seats such as the Mercedes and Porsches cars. Nice comparison review and I would pick the RS7 over the RS5 as the rear is pretty tight in space.
