This game def has potential!
Please tell your company this game is an utter embarrassment. Everything is broken. Axes don't work. Food won't work. When you crash land, you go under an island and everything spawns in places you can't go. Game freezes. You die of freezing at 34c. This game sucks. Even Play tests, don't put out a garbage project. And this is garbage.
@@lazloperry5242early access games/game testing isn’t for everyone. Some people don’t have the patience or understanding for it, on the bright side you’ve learned that early builds of games as well as game testing in general is not for you, you can scratch it off the list for the future when deciding if you should try a game before full release or not. You DID learn that, right? Or is that lesson one you’re still working on learning? 🤔

Back in 2015(9 years ago!!!), when I first started playing Minecraft, I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin. Your How to Survive and Thrive tutorials and Let's Play series were a beacon of guidance and inspiration for me back in the days. You've taught not only me and my brother the basics of Minecraft(How to survive our first night, crafting our first tools, knowing what to do in the game, etc), but every other fellow Minecrafter out there as well. Everyone seems to have forgotten about you, and their roots, and the person whom they've learnt from. But in my eyes, you truly are the first person to teach us the basics of Minecraft, you'll always be the Grandfather of Minecraft. ❤Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, creativity, and passion with the Minecraft community over the years. Your efforts have made a significant impact on every Minecrafter, including myself, and you'll always have a special place in my Childhood memories 😊❤

I really loved Stranded Deep, so I would love to see more of this as well.
I would watch you play this, even if only to see you magically convert those sinking tires into floating tires for your raft. Or maybe they are just bumpers for the raft so you don't scratch its paint. Play on!

The airplane crash in the beginning reminds me of The Long Dark and also the Forest.

The edges of the screen seem to be doing some funky chromatic abberation which would ne nice to be able to disable. Gives me a headache.

I mean, to be fair, the player character themself probably thought the seaweed looked delicious due to being so low on veggies, I know I crave even random foliage I see when I have not eaten many vegetables of late.
there is a new update in unturned and there is a relatively new game called alien horizons
This is the first game I’ve been excited for in a long time by seeing early access gameplay not trailer footage I requested early access I hope I can get to play it early

Love the look at this game! I've been thirsty for a successor to Stranded Deep (a lot of fun, but I wanted a bit more depth or maybe variety?). Will be keeping an eye on Castaway.
I hope the dev's don't feel too rushed working on it. I'm surprised there's a release date for August. Usually having a set in stone date would make any dev nervous.
Hey Paul, it's been a while since I've seen any of your stuff but I'm currently 15 going on 16 and I grew up on your unturned content. A new curated map has released I think today and I think it would be amazing if you brought back papa Smurf for one more time.

I think they made starting a fire intentionally difficult, because its actually a difficult thing to do in a survival situation

Why is there a constant chromatic aberration motion blur on the edges of the screen at all times? It looks so awful, what devs honestly thought that was a good idea?
What I thought too. Make it optional at least.
I'm guessing its to let you know your hungry or something but it is very annoying. An option to turn it off and making it less in your face would both be nice.
they added an option to disable Motion Blur but we'll see whether or not that "hazy effect" is by design (ie something about "insanity") or if it's just standard motion blur
It seems alright, wouldn't mind watching. Though to try to pick it up and play it.... might be harder than Stranded Deep.
The seaweed might count as veggies for your food diversity.

might be the water horzion doing it. some by nature try to compensate even in video games for water sway. in stranded deep it wouldnt get you due to their water horizon is flat as limited distance of LOD.
I sure hope this gets things right that Stranded deep got wrong.

For over a month i have asked for early access and devs still havent granted one. Do i have to be a content creator to be privileged with early access ??? 🧐🧐🧐😫
the random blurriness and camera motion is really disorienting

The sick feeling is what I don't like about the game. For some "stupid" reason there is an off focus effect and a purple tinge which is really annoying. People feel ill because their vision keeps trying to adjust. Even when you have the book open there is an off focus feeling. My message to the developer would be to get rid of it. It adds nothing to the game, quite the opposite. I would not play the game with this in it.
I played the playtest, was invited in. I couldnt get more than 20 minutes in due to nnumerous game breaking glitches. No islands, clipping under islands, no water, no trees, no sticks, no stones, no interactions, all at different times. I brought the issues up in the forums and the developer banned me LOL. Watch this sketchy company!!! I for one will only be pirating their works from now on.
