I've really taken to this game. I wasn't a big PCARS 2 fan but AMS2 is a work of art. It's right up there with AC and ACC. Thanks for the video. Well done mate.
Cheers Bryan. And the best thing about AMS2, given you like it already - is that the original AMS was still updated many years after it's release. So you can almost guarantee that AMS2 will get better & better as time goes on. Still lots of updates on the horizon. [:]-)
Thankyou for your kind comment, Toyotech. The reason you most likely didn't know about the MOD CARS for AMS2. Is that the software used to install them, has to match the same version number of AMS2. So every single time AMS2 gets updated, you need to uninstall the software first, so there are no issues and then wait for the new matching version to be (re) released. So it's kinda weird that REISA are just sooooooo good at constantly updating their Sim, that this just makes it way to frustrating for most creators to continue installing, and then uninstalling every single time there is an update? ; )))
I'm almost embarassed to say that I never uploaded a Mod on AMS2 before lol. There's so much content in general but I got to say these mods here that you're showing looks very interesting. Looking forward to trying it out. Thanks for the vid Michael
The main reason you WOULDN'T want to try these, RevRideReasoN. Is you have to use the software to Uninstall said software (but you can leave the cars installed), but you have to uninstall it every single time there is another official AMS2 Update (can be very annoying 😠 )

Thankyou for you kind words re: my Brother ATR. But my advise if you haven't bought AMS2 already - is to watch as many "review" video's on it as you can. This is because the MODS part of it is a total pain, cos you have to UNINSTALL the software that runs the MODS every single time there is a new AMS2 Update. Also, there is no true "drifting" or "burnouts" in AMS2 (not like in AC anyway). So your buying a much more straight up racing game, so make sure that is what you actually want first please?, ATR cams.

Good vid Michael! I _really_ wanna delve into AMS2 car mods, but I'm selfishly waiting for the types of cars that excite me personally, before jumping into that, such as single-seater/prototype race cars, over road cars.
So sorry to hear you had lost your brother. My thoughts and prayers for you and your family. I love AMS2 but I'm not sure if it's just me. I lose my button box bindings all the time randomly. Also, my brake bias is not saving. I use crew chief. Not sure if Crew Chief is the reason my button plate is failing. It works fine with raceroom. I really thing it's AMS2. No response from Reiza or Steelcast. They also are impossible to contact. They also need to fix saving setups for your car at a track and make it save and easier to label. I'm not sure if they have fixed the tire pressure for the pit stop you create. It believe it use to change with evert track and car change. Not sure. Also I get random loss of traction. I run a VRS wheel that I love. Not sure. I guess I'm just want it to work well. Not there yet for me. Oh yeah, do you know if they have added chat in game yet? Thanks for the video. Great job.
Thankyou for the kind words, Rich. But as I have a very simple Logitech G29, it rarely has any problem being supported by any Sim. But I have heard that this is a common problem when you have multiple inputs at once, like a Wheel & Button Box, etc. I'm afraid I have no advise, not having to deal with it myself. But if you or one of your friends are on Facebook. It does have a good Automobilista Group that you might be able to ask others with a similar setup to yours for some advise on how to deal with it? Very Best of Luck.
SparkySubie - that is probably just me (the tight steering ratio). As from early on, I have always preferred a go-kart like or F1 like tight turning circle, so I set my turning circle in the wheel menu to something like 480, rather than 900. The MOD CARS in the game, should behave to just how YOU? have it set up. And remember that you don't have to follow what the standard wheel setting is by default. You can make it tighter (or looser in your case), in BOTH the menu - but also in the cars individual settings just before you race. It's totally your choice?

I hope the Ferrari 250 GTO gets updated at some point, it was lots of fun to throw around. I love a good h-pattern car.
They need to figure out a better way to install the mods, maybe a setup? or mod manager?
The steering ratio looks unrealistically tight. Is that a menu settings thing that can be fixed?
