I’d probably need a three car garage and a bit more color in the house - also not sure about the pantry in the living room - although good for a quick snack maybe? But loving that ICH is now building homes with a first floor primary bedroom. Can’t wait until they build ranches one day!
This is a pretty house, but how do you maintain this sort of thing? Like the open patio is good, but won't dust and grass cutting mess up the carpet and furniture? Like how do you change a bulb in a 20 ft entrance way? So many day to day maintenance questions...lol. However, aesthetically, the house is gorgeous.
That master bedroom walk-in closet wow I want so bad, even thought if no one was in the bedroom next to me I'm turning it into that walk-in closet. If I ever win the lottery I know I want Infinity homes to build my dream home.
I would get it with a 3 car and make the basement a proper theater with at least a 150 inch projection screen. Probably would make the furnace/storage area a little smaller so I can have a bigger gym too.
I really this one the best of the 3 you have shown. I would change the light fixtures to be more like what is in the living room and gym. The others to me looks like it was a thrown together mess. I guess I like the more modern looking lights.

Love it! All those windows in the office…. My husband would have blinds on them and they would be CLOSED all day. He doesn’t like the blinds open anywhere in the house. The house is a lot to “modern” for me. I like modern farmhouse. I do like a lot of stuff though. Just not all the design elements. I def need a gym. That downstairs would be MINE. I am a crafter. That kitchen and dining space would be different. I’d have a full fridge (instead of a fridge in the garage like we have now), microwave and full sink. The living area would be about the same, just smaller. I’d have a few big tables for crafting and sewing. I’d have floor to ceiling storage along the walls in the kitchen and dining areas. That extra space in the heater room would probably wind up being a small workshop and storage for my crafts along with holiday decor storage. If I’m going THIS big I need a 3rd garage for my daughter’s car and a half garage for the lawn stuff. I also need a detached workshop for my woodworking stuff with storage for all the furniture I pick up to work on. The outside is amazing. I was a little disappointed at the size of the master bedroom. I’d like 20’ so we could have a sitting/reading area with a couch and a recliner. Now all I need is the land the money to pay for it all. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

being in p.a. you will want to screen off/close in the out door areas so it doesnt get snow covered, in the basement bathroom a shower/tub combo in the undone part you could put another laundry room or you could replace the gym area with a bigger bathroom and laundry room,its really,really nice its just way to GI-NOR-MUS for me

I liked the style of the master bathroom tub just not in black the shower seemed too open so something a bit different would need to be done to it. Too bad the toilet didn't have a window in the water closet.

The black and white not My cup of tea. Those water Balloon lights hanging in the kitchen look cool but not in My home, one thing envision this - cleaning them. The outside space is very nice. Do like the idea that every bedroom is a ensuite. Glad you enjoyed touring the home. The weather looked rather nice. Best way to enjoy the fireplace is when you would want it on.

You get someone with smelly clothes or a sick kid trying to clean up and potential guests get slapped in the face by Eau du BO! And what a stupid place for a pantry on the main floor! What kind of idiot builds a high end home and stores canned goods and granola bars in the living room?! I wonder if Lowes sells closet ladders....going to need a 15ft one this time...

Not perfect. Garage door is too small. Patio is nice for sure but a covered porch in front is another asset I prefer so I can sit outside regardless of weather in the southeast in retirement.

So true! I do pet sitting so I’m in lots of different homes. Some of the biggest and beautiful kitchens are obviously not used.
