I see that like this: You pay best people in game for being the best and making the game alive. Its like best players are influencers BUT inside the game. Nothing drives competition more than getting paid for ranking place. Also you can make skins play to have and get commission form trading them. Let the players earn skins and let them sell them and get commission, instead of selling them steight from shop and only extract value from game, instead you can make amoney and let others make it as well. Its healthy system for everybody 😊
