  • Hi Everyone! 👋🏽🌹 It’s been super hot this summer, so I haven’t been in the studio as much 😩.
Today I wanted to share a simple yet beautiful pattern that showcases how colors
can be wicked up to the surface of your bead for eye-catching 3-D effects!
Sometimes I find that revisiting these simple techniques can help with creative
blocks that may occur from time to time. Plus this one is perfect for those
scraps of stringers that keep piling up! 😁
Hope you all enjoy 🌹🙏🏽 Robin 💫

Hello Sandy! I am so glad to hear that! If there is anything I like most….it’s teaching and learning new ideas! I don’t think that glass making should be shrouded in secrecy like it has been in the past. That is part of the reason why we began this channel….to help fill the toolbox! 😂👍🏽 Thanks so much for your comment, Sandy! Have a wonderful day! Cheers! R- 🌹✨👋🏽💫🌸

Hi Robyn. This one is just fantastic. When you were heating the clear it was mesmerising watching the spiral - I just love this bead technique. You are just the best Robyn. Take care my friend. ❤️

Yea! You will love these Felisha! They look so beautiful in person! Sometimes I will play with my beads….look at them in a magnifying glass, take them around and see how they look in different lights, or have them at my work desk for eye candy! 😂 I hope you enjoy you time at the torch later!
Thanks so much, Felisha! 👋🏽 Cheers and take care. R- 🙏🏽💫🌹🔥🌹

What a nice technic again👍I am looking for the technic behind a apple core? I think first dots, let them burn in make a smal prick in them and then cover only in the middle ? Do you have a suggesttion Robin? Greetings Heidi for the Netherlands😊👋

Hello Heidi! I am so glad you enjoyed this technique! It is so simple and beautiful. ✨.
I think your idea of the apple core sounds good! You might need to experiment with the size if the dots and the amount of clear, but yes! I think that is a perfect way to begin. 😃 I usually make at least 3-4 of the beads before I actually put them on film…. I made about 20 implosions before I finally figured that technique out! 😂 Give it a try and let me know how it goes…I am always here to help! 🌹✨
Thanks so much for reaching out from the Netherlands Heidi!! ✨✨ Cheers- Robin 👋🏽🤗💫✨
