I have a question regarding the Sony remote.I have only my voice control buttons is working except other buttons on Sony remote. I can not switch on or off using remote.I am using manual buttons behind my tv.Can you tell me how to fix this issue.

i have exactly the same problem, only voice button working, others not. i've checked the InfraRed window at the top is emitting something, but the TV just won't read the signal. any ideas?

The manufacturer should make it way more easier to open up and clean your remote control, really i hate them. Just 2 small screws will be enough to keep the two parts together. Money Money Money so you have to buy a new one i did but i bought a fake one for 10 dollars works perfect an original Sony RC 40 dollars pwwww
